All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Select international destinations (availability may vary)

If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–10 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Japanshmart.com is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Delayed or Lost Packages

Japanshmart.com is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package appears lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at Japanshllc@gmail.com, and we will assist you.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product.
