Refunds & Returns

Japanshmart.com is operated by Japansh LLC. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains our 15-day return and refund process.


1. 15-Day Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Personal care or hygiene items (if opened or used)
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


4. Return Process

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not been shipped. Once shipped, orders are subject to this return policy.
